Bring your special occasion to Joy Spa & Nail and we‘ll help make it fun and memorable. We welcome all gatherings, big or small. Our boutique salon is designed for intimate gatherings for 4-15 people. We've helped our guests celebrate special occasions such as bridal showers, birthday parties, baby showers, holiday parties, or simply girls-night-outs.
1. YOUR SERVICES
Please contact our Manager to tailor a package to the specific needs of your event.
*If you have 4 or more guests in your party regardless if it is a private or non-private party, there will be an automatic 18% gratuity added to each service per guest.
2. PRIVATE PARTY (4 or more guests)
Private parties require a booking of at least $200 in services. A minimum 10% non-refundable deposit is required. A rental fee of $80 will be charged for a party 10 or more. We provide COMPLIMENTARY space for your party materials, supplies such as cups, plates and plastic wares. We ask that you clean up after your party or a $50 cleaning fee will be assessed to the host.
On the Contact Us page, please provides us with the following:
Name of host
Date and time of party
Nature of Party (bridal, birthday, etc.)
Each guest's name and service requested (Ex.: Sarah Miller: classic mani with French, deluxe pedi with 10 min reflexology.)
The host can call store to leave a 10% deposit on a credit card or drop by the salon.
We require at least 5 days in advance of any cancellations or changes in treatments, either via phone or email; unless we are informed of any changes before this time, the host will be responsbile for the FULL PRICE OF THE ORIGINAL TREATMENTS that were scheduled. We understand that emergencies do happen; therefore, if in the event where a guest cannot come on the day of service, we reserve the right to charge 25% of the scheduled service onto the credit card on file.
If guests are more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee treaments; we can only service scheduled guests who arrived on time.
We also ask that the host of the party to please send a link of our website to everyone in the reservation so that they are aware of our prices and party policy.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Cash.
3. NON - PRIVATE PARTY (4 or more guests)
Non - private parties are subject to the same reservation and deposit procedure as Private Parties, except there will not be a minimum requirement. There will also be no arrangements for food and beverage accommodation and the salon will continue to service other guests concurrent with your reservation.
4. BOOK YOUR EVENT

HOW MANY GUEST CAN JOY SPA AND NAIL ACCOMMODATE FOR A PRIVATE PARTY?
JSN can comfortably take care of 4-6 guestS simultaneously but we can easily accommodate larger parties by taking guest in rotation. Guests can mingle and allow the technicians to take care of large parties in phases to allow a more comfortable pace and atmosphere.

CAN I APPLY ANY CURRENT PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS TO MY PRIVATE PARTY?
No. All of our promotional offers are good for individual client visits and NOT applicable for group or private parties. However, we will consider specific offer for your party depending on number of guests and services requested.

For a party of 4 or more, the host can receive a 20% discount on his/her service. No other promotional offers can be applied. We will also assist you with party favor ideas suitable for your party theme and budget.
